Our Process

When your pet is picked up by our staff, we will log the  pets name, your information, and assign a stainless steel numbered ID tag to your pet. The identification tag will remain with your pet throughout the aquamation process and returned to you with your pets remains. Your pet will be kept in a climate controlled room until the process takes place. You will also receive a certificate of aquamation along with your pets aquamated remains. 

Private Aquamation~ 

Private Aquamation means that your pet is aquamated in its own private stainless steel cradle to prevent any commingling of bones. This ensures that the remains returned to you are guaranteed to be that of your pet, and your pet only. You will receive your beloved pet back in a urn, along with their I.D. tag and Certificate of Aquamation. 

Communal Aquamation

Communal Aquamation is a mass commingling pet cremation. With communal aquamation your pets remains will not be returned. All of our communal aquamations are treated with the up most respect. We spread all of our communal remains at the Lucas Family Acreages. 

Memorial service / Viewings

We understand if you or any of your family members would like one last chance to say good-bye. Ask our staff about setting up a time for your family to have a private viewing at our facilities or to set up a memorial service for your loved one. Grief support and chaplaincy available. 

Transportation 

During business hours we will transport your pet from their place of death whether that is at home, veterinarians office, or hospital. Charges will apply after hours. Please see our pricing.

Pricing

Note: * We can accommodate any animals from dogs, cats, reptiles, exotic, domestic, and wild animals up to 250 lbs. 
Pricing includes transportation during regular business hours, private aquamation, and a urn. (Delivery of
aquamated remains to your home may be arranged for a small delivery fee of $20.00.)

Being that Aquamation is a slower process we have 5-7 day turn around.
